Header Disapears

Hello,

I noticed an issue that the header disappears if user scrolls down before the page has fully loaded.

To recreate it
– Go to: http://txmtwx.kylesanderson.com/contact/
– Before the page finishes loading, start scrolling downward (I used the mouse wheel)
– Header is gone after page fully loads

I’ve attached an image of the issue. Please advise.
