Fashion Store Guide for Installing Demo file

I’ve just purchase WP Theme FashionStore with you guys via Envato Market.
I read the guide that attached in download file/s. I think it’s a bit old instructions there.
I am confused about the Installation of the Demo Content. There are no Theme Options in WP. So maybe I will go to Tools>Import? And also I cannot find Demo XML file inside the downloaded Theme file/s.
Could you please send me a fresh guide if you have one or if you can send me a step by step instruction here in an email would be great too.
I am excited to work on my client website using FashionStore theme.
So I am patiently waiting for your reply.
