Error translate

Good afternoon, I have a problem translating the word from the “Shop Departaments” menu, I entered the translation file of the template and the translation does not come out, I even entered the file where you run the text and I change it and do not make the text change.

I tried to change the following:

wp-content/themes/ripara/s7upf_templates/elements/category-list/category-list-style3.php

ORIGINAL:

<?php if(!empty($heading_title)) echo '<a class="font-bold title14 heading-title" href="'.esc_url("#").'">'.esc_html($heading_title).'</a>' ?>

WITH CHANGES:

<?php echo ‘CATEGORÍAS‘ ?>

Why not translate?
