contact form 7 + mailchimp forms won´t show theme design

      I recently bought your MMAsport theme for wordpress trough “themeforest.com”, i am currently editing on child theme on localhost, and i am having some problems with the contact form 7 plugin, and mailchimp on newsletter, witch does not load the form with the theme´s design, how can i fix that?
