Cart page Quantity input functionality error

I was testing all functionality and I found that cart page quantity functionality is not working proper.

1) Quantity is not visible
2) Quantity +and – buttons not working proper because after pressing them update cart button is not enabled
3) If we click on quantity textbox and type any number than update cart button enabled but which digit we have inserted is not visible

Please solve the issue as soon as possible as I am going to launch my website at friday.
