Cannot edit the content of login page, registration page and verification email

Hello Team,

After installing the theme and enabling all the options I wanted to in my website I came across a problem which is that I am unable to modify the content of the mail that is being sent to the user as soon as they register. More specifically I don’t want my clients to end up when the link to my admin page in their mailbox.

I hope you understand and help me out as soon as possible.
