Admin backoffice is very slow : Performane problem / Developer mode

Hello,
My website is generally slow especially the admin backoffice ! it’s impossible for our developers to work normally and we struggling a LOT. it’s just Horrible.

First, we contacted our hosting provider and they boost the server ressources as much as they can.

Then, they suspect the Developer Mode, which is ON now, They ask us to disable it and see if there any difference.

Please can you check and feedback ?
