7UP List of Categories" widget

Hi there,
on the product detail page I put the “7UP List of Categories” widget, which shows me all the closed parent categories and if I click on it, i see the subcategories.
Would there be a way, to see expanded only the parent category of the product I’m looking at?
I give an example …

Copriwater per Rak filomuro serie Compact

This product belongs to the category

Sanitari > Copriwater

If I am in this product’s page, could I see open (in the sidebar) ONLY the SANITARI category and the Copriwater category colored in a different way, for example red, and the others category remain clodes?
