Trying to create login

Hi
I am trying to integrate login so user can only buy once they are login onto the website and they can register themselve as well. I tried to do with login control but its not working for me.
Can you help me for that its bit urgent

I am sharing the credentials as well so you can just access the website admin and check what can you do in that to enable login for user if someones open the website they can login or register themselves and check their orders in login history as well.
