problem with theme setting

      hello
      when i go to apparence>theme setting (in italian Aspetto>Personalizza) the thme have this problem.
      in first time on menu appear the “Theme Setting “option , but when page is fully load it disappear (can i send you some screenshots?)

      if i try to change something (ex. colors or logo image or template) from 7up Option>Theme Option, it seem NO working.

      can you help me?
