Issue with Demo Import and Theme setup and Further Layout Customization.

HI 7uptheme Team,

Before begining , I like to update you that i purchased the “Skincare – Cosmetics Shop WooCommerce WordPress Theme”.

I need solution for issues i am facing:

Issue 1 :- Installion of theme doesn’t goes well. While installation, i was forced to activate “Recovery mode”.

Note #1: I shared “Cpanel & WordPress credentials” at “Advance Tab” in Ticket posting.
Note #2: WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options is showing automatic update unavalaible, very strage, i paid such a huge fee and extensions should auto updated.
